    Micro-Poise is committed to helping customers maximize their investment by protecting our customers from product obsolescence. We guide customers to accomplish these goals by indicating our product's current life cycle stage and creating upgrades compatible with existing equipment. When products are no longer in the active phase, Micro-Poise offers integration solutions with innovative, high-performance products. This page clarifies the product life cycle status of our services, critical upgrades, and spare parts for our customer's benefit.

    Micro-Poise has identified life cycle categories for each of our products and services. The product life cycle categories include:

    • Field Service & Technical Support
    • Critical Upgrades
    • Spare Parts

    Services: We offer both in-plant field service support and remote technical support. Field service support assists customers in operating, maintaining, and integrating equipment on-site. Alternatively, Micro-Poise offers technical support to provide customers with remote assistance on equipment.

    Critical Upgrades: Micro-Poise offers a variety of critical upgrades to help extend the life of final finishing machines. Critical upgrades include, but are not limited to:

    • Drives & motors
    • PLCs & input output devices
    • Instrumentation
    • Machine Controllers
    • Human machine interfaces & touch screen monitors
    • Barcode readers
    • Software
    • Periphery equipment including markers, grinders, sorters, automatic rim change, geometry systems, etc.
    • Bead compression kits

    Spare Parts: Our final finishing machine spare parts consist of parts to replace worn or broken components in a piece of equipment. Spare parts include, but are not limited to:
